Shared parking felt like the right first paper to highlight in this library because it is such a timely topic. So many cities have excess parking in their cores, and there is a real opportunity to manage that space better. What I keep coming back to is the agreement itself—how it works financially and logistically, and what it takes to make those arrangements work in practice. Those details are what let cities put existing spaces to better use.
